ESM Architect - Business (Focus: HR, Finance, Procurement & Cross-Functional)·Role Purpose: Serve as the design authority for Enterprise (Business) Service Management, harmonizing how Global People, Finance, and Procurement deliver services through the unified platform.· Key Responsibilities:o Lead process standardization workshops across HR, Finance, and Procurement.o Design cross-functional workflows (e.g., Onboarding/Offboarding) that span multiple departments, ensuring seamless handoffs.o Translate business operations into ServiceNow HRSD and generic Request fulfillment structures.· Required Profile: Strong background in Enterprise Service Management and shared services design. Must speak "business operations" fluently and understand the constraints and capabilities of ServiceNow outside of traditional IT.
