Manager, Product Management - Simplic (Hybrid)

However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time.Reports to: Head of Simplic businessAbout the RoleAs a Manager, Product Manager, you will directly support our Brazil product, Simplic, operating with a startup mindset within a scaled fintech organization. You will own key areas of the product roadmap and collaborate across internal teams and external partners to shape the future of our near-prime consumer lending business.This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, product intuition, and business ownership. You will work closely with Engineering, Analytics, Risk, and Marketing to define features, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver scalable solutions that create a competitive advantage for Enova. As you develop business cases and implement solutions, you will have a direct impact on product performance and customer outcomes.You will also lead and mentor a small team of 1–2 Product Managers, setting a high bar for execution, technical fluency, and product thinking.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & OwnershipOwn and drive product roadmaps through data, customer insights, and market opportunitiesIdentify new product features and evaluate tradeoffs to enhance customer experience and drive business impactDevelop business cases and partner with stakeholders to prioritize high-impact initiativesTechnical Product LeadershipPartner closely with Engineering to define scalable system solutions, APIs, and data flowsTranslate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomesLeverage SQL and data tools to analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate experimentsEnsure strong alignment on technical scope, system constraints, and delivery tradeoffsExecution & DeliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-quality product releasesWork with Engineering to estimate effort, refine scope, and ensure readiness for launchDefine success criteria, testing strategies, and product acceptance standardsDrive projects through the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and iterationStakeholder Management & CommunicationCommunicate key milestones, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders and external partnersEffectively advocate for your product area and influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiencesTeam LeadershipLead and mentor a small team of Product Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and prioritization guidanceFoster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvementRequirements7+ years of Product Management experience, with strong exposure to technical product environments2+ years serving as a team lead, driving product roadmaps and mentoring junior team membersStrong technical skills, including experience with relational databases and SQL for large datasetsExperience working closely with Engineering on system design, APIs, or platform capabilitiesProven ability to drive multiple projects through a full product lifecycle in an agile environmentStrong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and measure impactExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated commitment to customer-centric product developmentCompensationThe budgeted annual salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown.
