A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - NICU Job Details: • Work night shifts in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit • Minimum 2 years of experience required with prior travel experience • Required certifications: Vent, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE • Must wear Navy scrubs • Provide care to NICU patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies • Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for safe delivery of care • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education • Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience • Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care • Hold shift accountability for NICU patient care • Anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care • Multiple positions available (2-3 positions) • Local candidates will not be accepted Facility: This healthcare facility operates a specialized Neonatal Intensive Care Unit providing critical care services for newborns requiring intensive medical support.
