We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis to provide exceptional care to our valued clients. Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) for both men and women, GLP-1s, and Good Faith Exams (GFEs). This role is ideal for a provider experienced in transdermal and injectable hormone therapies, as well as weight management and preventative wellness. This is an exciting opportunity for an NP who is passionate about optimizing patient health, longevity, and confidence in a modern medspa setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient consultations focused on wellness and hormonal balance Perform venipuncture and oversee laboratory testing; accurately interpret lab results to guide treatment plans Evaluate, prescribe, and manage BHRT for men and women Administer and oversee transdermal and injectable hormone therapies Administer GLP-1 medication for weight management Perform Good Faith Exams (GFE) according to medical and legal guidelines. Provide education to patients about available treatment options, including benefits, risks, and aftercare Monitor patient progress and adjust hormone and wellness protocols as needed Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient care and treatment outcomes Maintain accurate and compliant patient records according to HIPAA regulations Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments and medspa services Qualifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in wellness, hormone therapy, or medspa settings Strong experience with BHRT for both men and women Proficiency in transdermal and injectable hormone therapies Experience with GLP-1 medications for weight management Experience in performing Good Faith Exams (GFE) Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative medical team Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $55.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Medical Specialty: Internal Medicine Primary Care Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
