IT Systems & Security Administrator

*Job Description Summary: * The IT Systems & Security Administrator owns the day-to-day administration of Dynamic Brands' network, endpoint, identity, and security platforms, and exercises independent judgment in how those systems are designed, configured, monitored, and improved. This is not a ticket-queue job. You'll be a hands-on partner to our IT Director — building alongside him on the projects that move the business forward, while intercepting the day-to-day issues that would otherwise derail them. Broad scope, real autonomy, visible impact. We're looking for a builder. Someone with a solid IT background who would rather improve a system than repeat a fix. Someone fluent with AI tools and curious where agentic workflows belong in a business. If you're comfortable working where no procedure exists yet — and then writing the procedure — you'll do well here. *What you'll own:* * Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration * Endpoint management across Windows and macOS (Intune) * Network administration across two sites (Meraki) * Security operations: alert triage, patch and vulnerability management, access reviews * The support queue — managing it, and eliminating what keeps refilling it * End-user training and AI adoption across the business * Automation that removes recurring manual work *What we're looking for:* * 5+ years in IT, including 2+ administering systems or networks you owned * Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, endpoint management at fleet scale, business-class networking * Windows and macOS in the same environment * Scripting for automation (PowerShell preferred) * Practical fluency with AI assistants, plus good judgment about data handling * Meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical things plainly Nice to have: NetSuite, JavaScript, integration platforms (Celigo), Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) Security+ / SC-300 / MD-102, AI platform Administration (Copilot 365 or Anthropic Claude) *Physical Requirements: * · Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. · Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. · Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. _Dynamic Brands provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws._ Pay: From $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * What is your salary requirement?
