Patient-Matched Case Manager

A company is looking for a Case Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage and track case progression through all phases of the patient-matched CMF workflow, ensuring timely execution Serve as the primary point of contact for surgeons, sales representatives, and internal teams throughout case processing Coordinate with third-party suppliers, planners, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely case completion Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 2-4 years of experience in patient-specific device workflows, surgical planning, or 3D modeling Experience managing patient-matched cases in a regulated medical device environment Proficiency in Materialise Mimics, 3-Matic, Dolphin, or equivalent 3D software Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and related quality documentation
