Overview We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Radiologist specialized in Mammography to provide exceptional diagnostic services on a locum basis. In this role, you will interpret mammograms alongside general radiology exams, with opportunities to utilize your subspecialty skills in MSK and Neuro imaging. This position ensures meaningful work in a supportive setting, helping to improve patient health outcomes while maintaining your professional growth. Required Skills Valid medical license to practice radiology in Florida Board Certification or Eligibility in Radiology, with special proficiency in Mammography Proven experience in mammography interpretation and general radiology imaging Strong understanding of XR, CT, MR, US, and Fluoroscopy modalities Ability to read and diagnose MSK and Neuro imaging cases is a plus Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills Experience with digital breast tomosynthesis (3D mammography) Prior work in outpatient or community-based imaging centers Familiarity with radiology reporting systems and PACS Additional subspecialty certifications or training in women’s imaging or neuroimaging Preferred Education and Experience MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Active radiology license in Florida Minimum of 2 years of post-residency radiology experience, preferably in mammography or women’s imaging Prior locum or temporary radiology work is advantageous Other Requirements Availability to work onsite in The Villages, FL starting March 14, 2026 Ability to handle a daily volume of approximately 90-100 exams Must include malpractice insurance in hourly rate Travel and licensure reimbursement when applicable This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced radiologists to contribute their expertise in a supportive environment while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of $19.50.
