We are seeking a driven, high-energy High-Volume Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly frontline positions across our food and beverage manufacturing operations, including machine operators, line workers, material handlers, sanitation technicians, and other production roles. This is a fast-paced position requiring a proactive, community-embedded approach to talent sourcing and pipeline building.You will be the face of our employer brand in the local market — building partnerships, hosting hiring events, and developing creative sourcing strategies that keep our facilities fully staffed and operationally ready.Responsibilities:Full-Cycle RecruitingManage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hourly roles including machine operators, production associates, line leads, forklift operators, and sanitation crewMaintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates to meet rapid and fluctuating staffing demandsScreen, interview, and coordinate offer and onboarding logistics for large candidate volumes within tight timelinesPartner with plant managers and HR Business Partners to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategy to production schedulesProactive Sourcing & Community EngagementPlan, organize, and execute hiring fairs, open house events, and on-site recruitment days at plant locationsBuild and maintain relationships with workforce development boards, community colleges, trade schools, re-entry programs, refugee resettlement agencies, and other local labor market partnersRepresent the company at job fairs, career expos, and community events to drive awareness and candidate flowDevelop targeted outreach campaigns for underrepresented talent pools and underutilized labor marketsLeverage digital sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, etc.) alongside grassroots and in-person outreach to diversify sourcing channelsCandidate Experience & Employer BrandingDeliver a responsive, professional, and welcoming candidate experience from first contact through first dayChampion the company's employer value proposition in every interaction, ensuring consistent and compelling messagingGather and act on candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment experienceData, Reporting & ComplianceTrack and report key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and turnover by sourceMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ensure all recruiting activities comply with EEO, OFCCP, and applicable employment lawsIdentify and recommend process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and quality of hireQualifications:Required2–3 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, hourly environment — agency staffing experience or in-house recruiting for manufacturing, food & beverage, logistics, or distribution strongly preferredDemonstrated success filling large volumes of frontline, light industrial, or production roles in compressed timeframesExperience with proactive sourcing strategies including community partnerships, hiring events, and multi-channel digital outreachProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging candidates and community partners in person and digitallyPreferredPrior experience recruiting in a food & beverage, CPG, or regulated manufacturing environmentBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredFamiliarity with workforce development programs, re-entry initiatives, or apprenticeship pipelinesExperience with Boolean search, job board optimization, and social media recruitingWhat do we offer:Medical, Dental and Vision BenefitsLife Insurance401KPTOCompany Paid HolidaysCareer advancement and training
