Suite B, Columbus, Indiana 47201Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer serviceRun leads provided dailyPerform roof and attic inspections to determine customers roof needsProvide estimates for customers during the appointmentFollow up with past customersKeep in contact with current customersWork alongside the production team to ensure they are able to complete projects you have soldQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid driver's licensePass a background checkMust be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.Must be able to climb ladder safely and work at elevated heights to determine roof work needsDaily travel in the home marketMulti trade experience within gutters, siding, interior, exterior and masonry is a plusMilitary service is a plusCompensation and BenefitsCompensation base equivalent of $36k for first 30-60 days, upon training base plus commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $200kMedical, Vision, and Dental InsuranceCompany paid Life InsuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) PlanPTO, Vacation & HolidaysOn-site gym with showers-free accessCompany truck and fuel provided for sales appointments (this is not a take home vehicle)At Bone Dry-We build more than roofs.
