This role will focus on supporting system operations, lifecycle management, and technical coordination across a dynamic and evolving technology environment.The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who thrives in collaborative environments and can support systems engineering efforts across multiple technologies and stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in an environment where tools, platforms, and requirements may evolve over time.ResponsibilitiesSupport system lifecycle management activities, including requirements gathering, system planning, and technical refresh initiativesCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess system needs and support implementation of technical solutionsCoordinate system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performanceAssist in managing system configurations, baselines, and documentation across the lifecycleProvide technical support for system operations, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and issue resolutionDevelop and maintain system architecture documentation, configuration artifacts, and operational proceduresCoordinate with vendors and technical teams to support integration and implementation of system componentsSupport continuous monitoring, compliance, and security requirements across systemsParticipate in technical discussions to evaluate solutions and support evolving program requirementsAssist in planning and executing system upgrades, enhancements, and sustainment activitiesContribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment while supporting multiple prioritiesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)4–7+ years of experience supporting systems engineering, system administration, or related technical rolesExperience working within enterprise IT environments supporting system operations and lifecycle activitiesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting Windows Server environments and enterprise infrastructureFamiliarity with Active Directory and system access managementExperience working with web/application servers (e.g., IIS, Tomcat, or similar)Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, or similar)Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or similar)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote, collaborative environmentPreferred QualificationsActive Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe)Experience supporting federal or DoD environmentsFamiliarity with Enterprise Information Management (EIM), content management, or data platformsExperience with system integration, migration, or modernization effortsExperience working in environments with evolving requirements and emerging technologiesExposure to cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)Additional InformationOccasional off-hours support (evenings/weekends) may be required for system deployments or maintenance activitiesThis is a remote position; however, candidates must be able to support U.S.-based federal programsEqual Opportunity StatementKreative Technologies is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
