Experience: 12–18+ YearsEmployment Type: Full TimeRole Overview: We are looking for a Director – Atlassian Practice to lead and grow our Atlassian services portfolio. This leadership role requires a professional with a strong background in technology delivery within the Atlassian ecosystem who has successfully transitioned into client engagement, solution consulting, and sales leadership.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Atlassian platforms, enterprise technology delivery, and practice development, along with the ability to drive business growth, strategic partnerships, and high-value client engagements. Key ResponsibilitiesAtlassian Practice LeadershipLead and scale the Atlassian practice, including consulting, implementation, migration, and managed services.Define the practice strategy, service offerings, and growth roadmap.Build a strong team of Atlassian architects, consultants, and delivery managers.Establish delivery frameworks, governance models, and best practices.Technology DeliveryOversee end-to-end delivery of Atlassian solutions for enterprise clients.Provide leadership across Atlassian platforms such as:JiraConfluenceJira Service ManagementBitbucketAtlassian integrations and marketplace appsEnsure delivery excellence across Agile, DevOps, and ITSM transformation programs.Sales & Business DevelopmentLeverage delivery expertise to support client acquisition and revenue growth.Work closely with sales teams to identify, qualify, and close Atlassian consulting opportunities.Lead client solution discussions, executive presentations, and proposal development.Drive account expansion and strategic engagements with enterprise clients.Client & Partner ManagementBuild strong relationships with enterprise clients, stakeholders, and Atlassian partners.Collaborate with Atlassian and ecosystem partners to expand market reach.Represent the organization in strategic client engagements and industry forums.Team & Capability DevelopmentMentor and develop high-performing delivery and consulting teams.Promote certification and continuous learning within the Atlassian ecosystem.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence.Required Qualifications12–18+ years of experience in IT consulting, enterprise technology delivery, or digital transformation.Strong hands-on experience with Atlassian tools and platforms.Proven leadership experience in technology delivery before transitioning into sales or client engagement roles.Experience leading large-scale Atlassian implementations or transformation programs.Demonstrated success in practice development, revenue growth, and strategic client engagement.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsAtlassian certifications (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc.).Experience working with global consulting firms, system integrators, or IT services organizations.Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and ITSM frameworks.Experience managing enterprise accounts and building strategic partnerships.Key CompetenciesAtlassian Practice LeadershipEnterprise Technology DeliverySolution Consulting & SalesStrategic Client EngagementTeam Leadership & Capability BuildingRevenue Growth & Practice Expansion
