General Manager FellowLocation: Assigned Division (North, East, South, West, Midwest, or Southeast) with extensive travel required (company paid). Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday, 8:00AM5:00PM (with travel and schedule flexibility as needed). Purpose of PositionThe Emerging Leader Program General Manager Fellow is a highly selective, 18-month leadership development program designed to prepare early-career professionals for future General Manager roles within West Shore Home. This program is built for individuals who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, strong leadership capability, and the ambition to lead a multi-million-dollar business. Fellows rotate through Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions to develop full lifecycle business acumen, lead high-impact initiatives, and build the operational, financial, and people leadership skills required to run a Branch. Candidates must meet the minimum educational and professional experience requirements outlined below and be prepared for geographic mobility within their selected region. Key Role AccountabilitiesComplete three structured 6-month rotations across Sales, Operations, and Corporate to develop end-to-end business acumen and revenue accountability. Successfully graduate Sales Training, execute sales appointments, and shadow Branch Leaders to understand frontline leadership and KPI performance. Participate in operational workflow across installations, warehouse flow, safety, customer lifecycle, and branch-level fulfillment execution. Engage with FP&A, Marketing, Consumer Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Customer Operations to understand corporate support functions and financial decision-making. Lead a final capstone project presenting business recommendations and strategic insights to senior leadership at the conclusion of the program. Minimum RequirementsMBA or other business-related Master's degree (completed or actively pursuing) 0-3 years of relevant post-graduate work experience. Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned Division during duration of the program. Relocation is a required component of this program. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to any West Shore Home branch location upon graduation from the program. Relocation assistance will be provided. Strong leadership aptitude with demonstrated ability to influence, solve problems, and drive measurable results.
