Growing together.Position in this function provides leadership, direction, and administration of operations to ensure the accomplishment of the clinic and organizational objectives. Directs, supervises, and coordinates the overall operation of the clinic and staff.Primary Responsibilities:Directs, supervises, and coordinates specific functions and activities of the clinic, including systems, policies and procedures, human resources, support services, etc.Assists in the development and marketing of new services and referral sourcesFacilitates the employment, development, and management of employeesPromotes the provision of cost-effective, high-quality health care services to patientsCooperates with medical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulationsReviews operational problems/policies and recommends solutions and changes to the Director of OperationsCollaborates with the Director of Operations in the preparation and implementation of budgets. Recommends budget based on knowledge of policies, costs, and operating practicesRepresents clinic at public and professional meetings and conferencesParticipates in clinic communication and public relations programsMaintains professional affiliations and enhances professional development to keep pace with the trends in health care administrationPerforms other related duties which may be inclusive, but not listed in the position job descriptionYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience working in a clinical settingProven knowledge of health care operationsProven knowledge of fiscal management systemsProven knowledge of human resource management practices including supervision and staff developmentProven knowledge of computer programs and applicationsProven knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement standardsDemonstrated skills in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision makingDemonstrated skills in developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff, Senior Management, patients, vendors, and payers, publicDemonstrated skills in organizing work to achieve clinic goals and objectivesDemonstrated computer literacyProven ability to analyze and interpret complex dataProven ability to research and prepare comprehensive reportsProven ability to monitor compliance standardsThis position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of diseasePreferred Qualifications:Professional healthcare license or certificationCurrent unrestricted Vocational Nurse license for applicable state of employmentSupervisory experience within a clinic settingPhysical & Mental Requirements:Ability to lift up to 35 poundsAbility to push or pull heavy objects using up to 35 pounds of forceAbility to use fine motor skills to operate equipment and/or machineryAbility to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writingAbility to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solvingOccasionally requires exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluidsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment.
