We're looking for an Executive Director/Administrator to lead our vibrant Independent and Assisted Living community—creating exceptional experiences for residents and fostering a warm, supportive environment they're proud to call home.Schedule: Full TimeSalary: $85,000 - $90,000/year – based on experienceBenefits:Generous PTOPaid Holidays and Floating HolidaysAetna Health Insurance, including medical, dental, and visionChild Care ReimbursementCompassionate PTO Donation ProgramFlexible SchedulingEmployer Paid Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO Cash Out Program:Retirement Plan – 401(k) with company matchExecutive Director/Administrator Responsibilities include:Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rightsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with staff at all levels throughout the communityEnsure that appropriate staffing levels are met that meet the needs of the community and state guidelinesSolid performance management skills, including the ability to communicate performance expectationsOversee and assist in the preparation of annual budgets for the community, collaborating with the management team to ensure that all departments consistently meet monthly budget guidelinesExecutive Director/Administrator Education & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or Human Services, requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years related experience requiredThe ability to be licensed and in good standing, as an administrator for assisted living, within a prescribed time frame in states requiring such a license/certificationExperience working in senior care and dementia preferredMust have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly requiredCompany Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
