Location: Lebanon, Oregon (On-site / Residential Programs)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: Starting at $62,400Date Posted: May 13, 2026About The RoleClarvida is seeking a Residential Administrator to provide strategic leadership, management, and oversight of 24-hour residential services supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, addiction recovery needs, and cognitive health challenges. In this role, you will ensure high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.You will oversee all program operations, supervise leadership staff, and guide the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
