Sr. Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced *Senior Project Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead* to lead strategic and highly complex projects from planning through commercialization and operational readiness. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven project leader with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, mitigate risks, and drive execution in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. This position requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results within scope, quality, cost, and timeline requirements. *Key Responsibilities* * Lead strategic and highly complex *New Product Introduction (NPI)* programs from project initiation through commercialization and operational readiness. * Develop project strategies, objectives, execution plans, timelines, and governance structures. * Lead cross-functional project teams and drive organizational alignment across multiple functions. * Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies. * Identify, assess, and mitigate significant project and business risks. * Drive accountability and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within established quality, cost, and scope requirements. * Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, presentations, and status reviews. * Develop and communicate project status, key milestones, risks, issues, and action plans to stakeholders and leadership. * Effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders within a matrixed organization. * Support *Change Control* activities and ensure changes are properly evaluated, documented, communicated, and implemented. * Utilize project management software, spreadsheets, and business systems to monitor and communicate project performance. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and promote operational excellence. * Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to project teams and stakeholders. * Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and effectively influence decisions without direct authority. * Ensure project activities support business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational readiness. * Take ownership of complex problems and drive timely, sustainable solutions. * Demonstrate the ability to grow and assume increased responsibility. *Required Qualifications* Candidates must meet *one* of the following education and Project Management experience combinations: * *Doctorate* plus *2 years of Project Management experience*; OR *Master’s degree* plus *4 years of Project Management experience*; OR *Bachelor’s degree* plus *6 years of Project Management experience*; OR *Associate degree* plus *10 years of Project Management experience*; OR *High School Diploma/GED* plus *12 years of Project Management experience*. * Demonstrated experience leading projects, preferably complex cross-functional initiatives or *New Product Introduction (NPI)* programs. * Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously. * Ability to work effectively under time pressure and meet critical deadlines. * Strong project management, planning, scheduling, and organizational skills. * Practical experience with project management software and spreadsheets. * Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn and navigate business systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. * Effective interaction and collaboration within a *team and matrixed environment*. * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders across functional areas. * Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and execution skills. * Self-starter who demonstrates persistence, accountability, tact, and professionalism. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including business writing and presentations. * *Fluent business English and Spanish*, both written and spoken. * Highly proficient in *Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint*. * Demonstrated experience with *Change Control* processes. * Experience with *Ariba Sourcing and Contracting Modules*. * Experience with *SAP*. * Experience with *TrackWise*. * Experience with project management tools and software. * Experience leading *New Product Introduction (NPI)* programs. * Experience in a highly regulated, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or similar environment. * Experience with commercialization, operational readiness, process implementation, or technology/process transitions. * Experience managing complex projects involving multiple functional teams and stakeholders.
