Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced *Project Manager – NPI Lead* to lead cross-functional *New Product Introduction (NPI)* projects in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules and risks, engage stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery within established scope, quality, cost, and timeline requirements. This role requires a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities while effectively collaborating within a matrixed environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Lead cross-functional teams responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of *New Product Introduction (NPI)* projects. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, trackers, and status reports. * Coordinate project activities across multiple functions and ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. * Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues. * Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. * Engage stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, presentations, and stakeholder discussions. * Ensure project objectives are achieved within established *scope, quality, cost, and timeline requirements*. * Support and coordinate *Change Control* activities, including documentation, tracking, communication, and implementation. * Work effectively within a *matrixed environment*, influencing stakeholders and driving accountability across functional teams. * Utilize project management tools, spreadsheets, and business systems to track project activities and deliverables. * Maintain accurate and well-organized project documentation. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence. * Provide timely updates regarding project status, risks, issues, milestones, and action items. * Support successful project execution, implementation, and operational readiness. *Required Qualifications* Candidates must meet *one* of the following education and Project Management experience combinations: * *Doctorate* plus *2 years of Project Management experience*; OR *Master’s degree* plus *4 years of Project Management experience*; OR *Bachelor’s degree* plus *6 years of Project Management experience*; OR *Associate degree* plus *10 years of Project Management experience*; OR *High School Diploma/GED* plus *12 years of Project Management experience*. * Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, preferably *New Product Introduction (NPI)* projects. * Strong project planning, scheduling, execution, and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously. * Ability to work effectively under time pressure and meet critical deadlines. * Practical experience with project management software and spreadsheets. * Strong computer and organizational skills. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective interaction and collaboration within a *team and matrixed environment*. * Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills. * Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders across functional areas. * Strategic thinking and strong execution skills. * Self-starter who is persistent, tactful, persuasive, and results-oriented. * Effective verbal and written communication skills, including business writing and presentations. * *Fluent business English and Spanish*, both written and spoken. * Highly proficient in *Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint*. * Demonstrated experience with *Change Control* processes. * Demonstrated ability and willingness to grow and take on increased responsibility. * Experience with *New Product Introduction (NPI)* programs. * Experience with *Ariba Sourcing and Contracting Modules*. * Experience with *SAP*. * Experience with *TrackWise* or similar regulated-industry systems. * Experience with project management tools and software. * Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, manufacturing, or other highly regulated environments. * Experience with commercialization, operational readiness, process implementation, or technology/process transitions. * Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple functional teams and stakeholders.
