Job Title: Primary Care Physician • Req: 2026-0350 • Location: Newcastle Primary Care, Newcastle, WA • Shift: Full Time • FTE: 1 • Category: Physician • Salary Range: $280,000–$325,000 Responsibilities Clinic schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends. Call coverage as part of a robust call group with RN assistance. Average patient volume: ~20 patients per day. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary provider team of physicians and advanced practice providers. Perform on‑site phlebotomy. Qualifications Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington and DEA registration with full prescriptive authority. Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $280,000–$325,000 plus productivity, quality, and sign‑on incentives. Relocation assistance. Group medical and dental insurance. 403(b) retirement plan.
