Position Overview
Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a full‑time (0.8 FTE – 1.0 FTE) Primary Care Physician, either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, to join our Renton Medical Center team in Renton, Washington.
Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health, or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.
This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in‑basket messages.
AI scribing and summarization support to cut down charting time by half.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666 (salary prorated based on FTE; new hire salaries based on education, training, and experience)

Qualifications
Required: Medical Degree (MD/DO)
Required: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
Ability to obtain: Washington State Medical License
