Full Stack Product Engineer

Job Summary  Our client, a leading airline company, is seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer to support the modernization of the CERS platform. Working within an Agile delivery team, you will help transform legacy capabilities into modern, cloud-ready applications by analyzing requirements, developing web applications and APIs, working with databases, and delivering scalable and reliable solutions. The role has a strong focus on AI-native engineering, using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and solution design. You will collaborate closely with product owners, business partners, architects, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and provide measurable business value.  This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.Core ResponsibilitiesAnalyze legacy applications and workflows to identify modernization opportunities and technical requirementsWork with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and UX teams to refine requirements and translate business needs into technical solutionsDesign, develop, test, and deploy full stack web applications, APIs, integrations, and data servicesDevelop backend services and APIs using .NET and work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and other databasesDevelop and maintain front-end applications using AngularUse AI-assisted development tools and Generative AI to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, analysis, and solution designDesign and implement AI-enabled and agentic workflows where they can improve business processes and engineering efficiencyBuild automated tests and support test automation using tools such as PlaywrightWork with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deploymentDevelop and deploy cloud-ready solutions using Microsoft AzureTroubleshoot application and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixesIdentify and reduce technical debt while improving application performance, scalability, security, and maintainabilityEvaluate emerging technologies and develop prototypes or proof-of-concepts for innovative solutionsDesign solutions that support small, safe, and incremental releases to reduce deployment riskCollaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve integration and technical issuesParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement activitiesRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)7+ years of strong full stack software engineering experience, ideally with .NETHands-on experience working with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQLExperience developing modern web applications and APIs/integrationsExperience with Angular or similar modern front-end frameworksExperience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft AzureExperience with GitHub, CI/CD, and automated software deliveryPreferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic AI workflowsExperience integrating cloud-based AI platforms into applicationsExperience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databasesExperience with Playwright or other test automation frameworksExperience modernizing legacy applications into cloud-ready architecturesWork Environment Location: Phoenix, AZHybridContract: 4 to 6 monthsCompensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $39.00 and $56.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
