HR Generalist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an HR Generalist (Recruiter) to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.Job ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruiting process from sourcing candidates through hiring and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend effective hiring strategies. Source candidates using job boards, social platforms, and proactive outreach methods. Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and guide candidates through the selection process. Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and support orientation for new hires. RequirementsPrevious experience in recruiting within either agency or internal environments. Familiarity with human resources systems and applicant tracking tools. Strong understanding of hiring practices, including compliance with employment regulations. Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders. QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions. Organized and detail focused approach to tracking candidates and recruitment progress. Ability to use creative sourcing techniques and think strategically about talent acquisition.
