Responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting strategic initiatives. The role also involves analyzing client data, preparing status reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.QualificationsStrong Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building skillsProficient Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret client dataExcellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and internal teamsExceptional Customer Service abilities to address inquiries and ensure satisfactionAbility to work well in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilitiesStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems and other business technologies Demonstrated comfort leveraging technology, data, and tools to drive productivity and insights Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
