Our founder brings 25 years as a Global CFO, a Chartered Accountant designation, and a track record of over $1B in structured transactions.Role OverviewWe are seeking a sharp, polished Associate Investment Relationship Manager on a contract (1099) basis to support business development and client relationship management.This role requires existing relationships within the family office and UHNW community — if you do not already know principals, CIOs, or advisors at single family offices, this is not the right fit. You must also be genuinely tech-savvy and willing to learn AI tools including Claude (our primary AI engine) and the OpenClaw security framework as we deploy agentic systems across our operations. West Palm Beach presence is strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities   Manage and maintain the family office CRM — keep profiles, contact records, and outreach status current   Execute and follow up on the multi-step email outreach sequence (628-profile pipeline) Qualify inbound interest and schedule introductory calls with the Managing Member   Prepare meeting briefs, one-pagers, and co-investment summaries ahead of prospect calls   Track pipeline activity and report weekly on lead status, replies, and next actions    Represent Avestix at South Florida family office events, networking forums, and private dinners    Support HubSpot data hygiene and stage progression as relationships advanceRequirements·      Existing, active relationships with family office principals, CIOs, or advisors — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have.·      2–5 years in private wealth management, family office services, investment banking, or private banking.·      Tech-savvy — you are comfortable with CRM platforms, AI tools, and learning new software without hand-holding.·      Willingness to learn and use Claude (Anthropic's AI) and OpenClaw as part of daily operations — Avestix is AI-native.·      Clear, professional written and verbal communication — you represent a sophisticated brand.·      Comfortable discussing alternative investments: private equity, venture capital, real estate, co-investments.·      Detail-oriented — you handle sensitive client data and must maintain confidentiality absolutely.·      Self-directed — this is a remote/hybrid contract role; you own your pipeline and your time.·      Proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent CRM.Compensation & Structure·      Type: Independent Contractor (1099)·      Rate: Negotiable based on experience — hourly or monthly retainer·      Location: West Palm Beach, FL strongly preferred; hybrid / partial remote considered·      Hours: Part-time to start (~20 hrs/week), with path to full-time retainer as pipeline growsTo ApplyTell us specifically which family offices or UHNW principals you have worked with or have active relationships with — this is the first thing we will look for.Include any experience with AI tools, CRMs, or tech-forward wealth platforms.
