Amazon FBM Operations Manager

A growing health and beauty products company is seeking a hands-on, driven Amazon FBM Operations Manager to oversee Amazon FBM operations, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment processes. This role is ideal for someone who understands the operational side of Amazon and direct-to-consumer shipping - not just listings, but the full backend workflow including warehouse coordination, shipping logistics, inventory management, and Seller Central operations. The company is looking for a true "hustler" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.Responsibilities:Manage daily Amazon Seller Central operationsOversee FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) workflows and direct-to-consumer fulfillmentCoordinate warehouse logistics, shipping operations, and inventory managementWork directly with shipping carriers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveriesMonitor inventory levels and maintain accurate tracking systemsManage product listings, updates, and operational backend processesSupport order processing, shipping coordination, and fulfillment accuracyTroubleshoot operational, shipping, and inventory-related issuesOptimize operational workflows and improve efficiency across fulfillment processesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsAssist with software systems and operational reporting as neededRequirements:1-2 years of experience working with Amazon Seller CentralStrong understanding of Amazon FBM operations and direct-to-consumer fulfillmentExperience in logistics, warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory managementAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable being hands-on with both operations and computer-based workFamiliarity with shipping software and operational systemsBackground in e-commerce logistics or warehouse management M-Th: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm ; F: 8:30 am - 1 pm Salary: 70K-100K
