CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary We are looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators for positions available with a client in the Murphy, NC area. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up machines, loading materials, and running programs to produce high-quality parts. If you have previous experience operating CNC machinery, a strong eye for detail, and a reliable work ethic, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do Set up and prepare CNC machines for daily production runs. Load raw materials and parts into machine fixtures and clamps safely and accurately. Select and run the required computer programs for each specific job. Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are cut to exact specifications and prevent tool breakage. Perform basic quality checks on finished parts using standard measuring tools. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. What We Are Looking For Experience: Proven prior experience working as a CNC Machine Operator is required. Skills: Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings or blueprints. Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on precision and quality control. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift material and stand for long periods during a shift. Reliability: Dependable attendance and a strong team-player attitude. Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour Work Location: In person
