Job Description Machine Operator - Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a manufacturing and production team in Huntersville, NC. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to support efficient operations, product quality, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Machine Operator - Responsibilities:Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety standardsLoad raw materials and remove finished products from production linesInspect products for quality assurance and report any defects or production issuesMonitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain quality and efficiencyWork and train with Maintenance to be able to perform repairs and assist in machine change oversPerforming preventative maintenance on machines as requiredAdhering to all company policies including but not limited to: GMP, PPE, Food Safety, Safety, Gluten Free, Sanitation, etc.Machine Operator - Requirements:Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery preferredGreat attention to detailBasic math and reading comprehensionGood overall knowledge of safety, sanitation, manufacturing operations and qualityAbility to read, write, and speak in EnglishAbility to use basic technology (Will be utilizing Outlook, Safefood, etc.)Ability to lift and/or move weight up to 25 lbs.Ability to work standing, walk, sit, and reach with hands and armsMachine Operator - Schedule:2-2-3 scheduleNights | 6:00pm-6:00amMachine Operator - Compensation:$17.00 per hourBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid HolidaysBereavement LeavePersonal AdvancementJob Type:Full-Time | Temp – to-HireApplication Period:This position will remain open until filledEmployer InformationThis position is being recruited by NCW on behalf of a client company.
