Utility Operator

Title: Utility Operator (Heavy Equipment)Location: Duquesne, PA / West Mifflin, PAEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleJoin our team in West Mifflin, PA. As a Utility Operator, you will safely operate and maintain heavy equipment, assist with material handling, and perform routine machinery inspections. You will play a critical role in ensuring site safety and operational efficiency at our quarry site.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor quarry equipment, including crushers, conveyors, and loaders.Perform routine machinery inspections, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.Assist in the loading, hauling, and processing of raw materials.Maintain accurate records of material movement and production data.Support maintenance teams with equipment troubleshooting and light repairs (electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic).Follow all safety guidelines and MSHA/OSHA regulations.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience operating haul trucks, dozers, excavators, bobcats, or forklifts.Technical Skills: Experience in light maintenance (electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems) is preferred.Safety: Strong awareness of site safety and hazard prevention.
