Multi-Lines Producer

New Tech Global is seeking a Multi Lines Producer for a client located in Houston, TX. This is a direct hire need.Responsibilities:Identify target market segment for commercial insurance sales and develop criteria for prospecting and work with sales center personnel, if one in place, to obtain leads within this market.Make prospecting calls assigned by sales center, if one in place, and as necessary to obtain sales goals outlined by Sales Manager.Become active in trade associations of targeted markets and promote Carroll Insurance Agency within the organization.Obtain and complete applications and forward to sales manager or account manager all information necessary to market the account with insurance carriers.Provide risk management advice to prospects and clients.Work with Account Manager or Marketing Specialist to negotiate pricing, coverage, commissions, and preparation of proposals.Coordinate with Account Manager or Marketing Specialist to ensure that business is written appropriately.Qualifications:College degree desired with professional designation.Self-motivated.Organized, well-groomed appearance.Thorough knowledge of insurance coverage and application.Proven ability to close sales.Willing and able to travel.Holds Texas Property and Casualty License and Life, Accident, Health & HMO.Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills
