Part-Time Collections Part-Time Collections is responsible for various collection activities associated with client accounts. You will be responsible for all collection functions including daily collection calls and emails, research, and resolution of any issue and delivery of periodic account statements. Additionally, you will support other office functions such as answering phones, filing, mailing invoices etc. Requirements Approx. 16 hours per week (no Fridays) 2+ years experience in collections and related job functions. Basic computer skills are required. Emailing, excel, google docs, internet search skills, etc. Must maintain detailed collection notes and contacts for each client. Basic office skills, using a printer, copy machine, phones, etc. High school graduate.
