We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco, NYC, or London offices.About the RoleYou'll be a core member of Mercor's Recruiting Operations team, supporting hiring across multiple functions. This role is focused on high-quality coordination, ATS (Ashby) management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience at scale.You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to keep processes running efficiently-from scheduling interviews to maintaining clean pipeline data to supporting recruiting events and onsite logistics.This is a highly operational role with broad exposure across teams, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure in ambiguity.What You'll DoOwn Scheduling & CoordinationCoordinate interviews across screens, take-homes, virtual loops, and onsites across multiple teamsManage complex scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and stakeholdersEnsure interview loops run smoothly and on timeHandle reschedules, conflicts, and last-minute changes with speed and attention to detailMaintain ATS (Ashby) & Pipeline HygieneMaintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in Ashby across all rolesEnsure consistent tagging, stage movement, and data integritySupport reporting and pipeline visibility by keeping data clean and structuredFlag inconsistencies or gaps in process and follow up with recruiters as neededSupport Candidate ExperienceServe as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview processEnsure clear, timely, and thoughtful communication at every stageAnticipate and resolve logistical issues before they impact candidatesSupport post-offer coordination and onboarding logisticsSupport Events & Onsite LogisticsHelp plan and execute recruiting events (e.g.,Superdays, candidate dinners, networking events)Coordinate logistics including scheduling, communications, travel, and onsite executionEnsure a high-quality, organized, and welcoming onsite experienceAd Hoc Projects & Process SupportSupport recruiting operations projects and process improvements as neededAssist with documentation, templates, and workflow standardizationStep in where needed to unblock coordination or operational gapsWhat We're Looking For2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or similar rolesExperience with Ashby (or similar ATS)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentClear, professional communication (written and verbal)High ownership and reliability-you follow through and keep things movingCompensationAggressive quarterly performance bonus structureGenerous equity grant vested over 4 years$15K relocation bonus (for moving to the Bay Area)$10K housing bonus (if you live within 0.5 miles of our office)$1.5K monthly stipend for mealsFree Equinox membership$200 monthly laundry reimbursement$200 monthly personal wellness reimbursementHealth, Dental, Vision insurance401(k) with company match
