Front Desk Coordinator
Join a well-established Title Insurance company as a Front Desk Coordinator supporting a busy escrow team in Seattle. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting, with exposure to escrow operations and long-term growth potential.You'll be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming and organized office environment while supporting day-to-day administrative needs. In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to learn escrow-related tasks, helping expand your skill set and overall marketability.Compensation: $24/hrAvailability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (On-site in downtown Seattle).Job Length: Contract (Potential to Extend or Convert).Start Date: Mid-April.DUTIESAnswering and directing calls courteously and efficientlyWelcoming customers warmly, offering refreshments as required.Notifying staff promptly upon customer arrival for appointments and assisting with scheduling of closing appointments.Manage courier deliveries, handle and distribute mail, and promptly alert relevant personnel.Keeping reception and conference areas tidy and organized.Coordinating orders for refreshments and office supplies.Assisting with various projects, including mailouts.Maintaining punctuality and consistent attendance.Assisting with escrow tasks as needed, with training provided.QUALIFICATIONSExperience in customer service, reception, clerical, or administrative support work.Friendly, positive, upbeat and professional demeanorStrong communication skillsOrganized with high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft OfficeCampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
