The Impact You Will Have In This Role
Being a member of the IT CSS-WRAFT Delivery team, the Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the main interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams and crafting functional specifications for the project's development teams.
Your Primary Responsibilities
Produce functional specifications by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
Lead workflow design and contribute to user experience design, where applicable
Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on assigned aspects of the project
Review estimates of resource needs and schedule of work with related collaborators
Provide guidance to team members by elaborating the vital details required through all phases of projects
Provide input to developers and Test Engineers to ensure System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirements
Participate in reviews of SIT results and defect reviews; support user acceptance testing as needed
Contribute to system documentation under company-specific procedures and standards
Recommend controls by identifying gaps and designing solutions to automate manual processes
Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; calls out concerns appropriately

Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
Talents Needed For Success
6+ years of industry experience in a technology environment with a record of successfully delivering sophisticated products
Ability to read and understand programming languages
Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities
Hands on experience in developing technical roadmaps, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment
Detail- and results-oriented, able to analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key lessons.
Ability to thoroughly understand sophisticated business and technical issues and influence decision making
Ability to plan for and review technical programming specifications
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in multi-functional projects and activities
Consistently uses communications skills to influence outcomes
Ability to influence others without authority to get things done in a timely fashion
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Solid understanding of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools
Develops a culture where honesty and clarity are expected.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
