Therefore, the following list is not all-inclusive:Responsibilities:Monitors and measures activities related to Quality Assurance.Reviews clinical records and provides feedback to Clinical Leadership.Compiles, trends and reports quality data in the following areas: patient care, safety, risk management, infection control, outcomes and customer satisfaction.Works collaboratively with Clinical Leadership to assure documentation is complete and consistent with care and reflects legal requirements.Identifies education and training needs based on trends.Maintains knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations as well as applies to Transitions processes.Responsible for ensuring processes to monitor and evaluate safety, risk management and infection control programs.Coordinates, educates and implements monitoring activities for safety, risk management and infection control.Develop and roll out new Quality Assurance ProgramConsolidate all survey results and track/trend company-wide results and which areas for focusCombine all medical records requests and review, monitor, and manage legal casesManage and update all managers with pertinent information. Requirements:RN licensed in the state program is located.Three (3) to five (5) years clinical nursing experience. An emphasis in Post Acute/Skilled Nursing is preferred.Ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.Excellent understanding of performance improvement, quality assessment and utilization management.Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Demonstrate excellent observation, assessment, nursing judgement and communication skills. Ability to provide accurate written documentation in a timely manner.Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations***Must be willing to travel***INDrn
