Multi Market Manager - Escrow SC

Primary Job ResponsibilitiesContribute to the preparation and maintaining Financial Forecasts, Plans and budgets.Work with AM on Projects and adherence to Company policies, as required.Monitor and Supervise BM/direct reports Settlement/Escrow functions for quality assuranceParticipate in Market Analysis, including both Title Insurance and Escrow fees.Be available to assist the QA and Legal Departments during annual audits (internal and external)Participate in monthly operation / Area meetings.Set- up and conduct 1 on 1 call with BM/direct reports. These meetings will include KPI metrics: including but not limited to Builder outlook, volume, financial results, capture results, CQE/NPS results for the prior month, mentor for appreciation or course correction as necessary.Continued updates and communication with Area Manager.Other duties as assigned.Management ResponsibilitiesEnsures appropriate staffing to meet department needsUtilizes recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talentDelegates work according to employee's abilities and skillsEvaluates employee's performance and plans for compensation actions in accordance with that performanceProvides developmental opportunities through identification of internal and external training opportunitiesCreates opportunities for employee growthProvides continuous coaching with regard to functional and leadership standards (technical skills and behaviors)Required Education/ExperienceMinimum High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredMinimum of 3-5 years escrow operations experience.Supervisory Minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level or above.Required Licensing, Registration and/or CertificationsNotary Public preferred (required in some states)Escrow Officer/Title Producer license may be requiredDFPI (California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation) licensed/certifiedRequired Skills/KnowledgeSpecialize in RESPA with understanding of company's underwriting guidelinesUnderstanding of title and settlement rules and regulationsEffective communication, presentation, and organization skillsKnowledge of real estate law and title escrow curative procedures
