Workday Integration Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with Workday integration technologies and will serve as a technical leader, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations across HR, Finance, Payroll, and third-party systems.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and implement end-to-end Workday integrationsLead development of inbound and outbound integrations using:Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)Core ConnectorsWorkday StudioDevelop and maintain integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and Web ServicesDesign integrations with external systems such as Payroll providers, Benefits vendors, Finance/ERP, Identity Management systemsProvide technical leadership and guidance to integration developersConduct design reviews, code reviews, and enforce Workday best practicesTroubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performanceSupport testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and production deploymentsCollaborate with Functional Leads, Business Analysts, and Project ManagersEnsure integrations meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards Required Skills & QualificationsStrong expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core ConnectorsHands-on experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIsExperience integrating Workday with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and third-party systemsStrong understanding of Workday security frameworkExperience with Workday HCM and/or FinancialsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills
