Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Industrial and Aftermarket Sales Engineers, based in East Windsor, CT, with opportunities for partial remote work. Responsibilities include overseeing sales processes, managing customer relationships, and identifying business development opportunities. The role involves providing tailored solutions, offering automation expertise, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales management. Regular collaboration with clients and internal teams will ensure effective delivery of thermal energy solutions. Qualifications Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to meet and exceed targetsStrong Customer Service and relationship-building skillsBusiness Development expertise, including identifying and cultivating growth opportunitiesExperience with Automation technologies and related solutionsExceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferredKnowledge of thermal energy solutions and the industrial market is a plus
