This role requires deep expertise of the data lifecycle, data platforms, and ETL/ELT ecosystems and strong critical thinking, and the ability to drive alignment, influence decisions, and deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)10-15+ years of program management experience in cloud/data platforms or related domainsDeep understanding of end-to-end data lifecycle, including data platforms with strong expertise in ETL/ELT systems, coordinating data management, accuracy, and traceabilityPossess working knowledge of metrics, targets, data modeling, and data governance, quality, and lineage.Define success metrics (north star and supporting benchmarks) and align teams on hard-working goals.Proven ability to define and drive outcome-based programs with measurable impactAdvanced experience with Agile methodologies and large-scale program executionProficiency with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting toolsStrong familiarity with AI/ML concepts and AI-powered efficiency toolsOutstanding collaborator management and executive communication skillsStrong analytical, evaluative, and decision-making capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across org layersSkills: Program ManagementExperience Required: 8-10
