Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Location: Cambridge, MA Duration: 13 Weeks Shift Details: 10-hour Day Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Schedule: 4x10s (40 hours/week) No block scheduling permitted On-call required: Every 5–6 evenings (through 7:00 AM next day) Every 6th or 7th weekend Must be flexible with scheduling needs Must work every other major holiday Compensation: Hourly Rate: $21/hr (W2) Overtime Rate: $31.5/hr Weekly Stipend (Non-taxable): $2,660 Estimated Weekly Gross: $3,500 (based on 40 hours) Requirements: Active Massachusetts RN License (Required) Current AHA BLS Certification (Required) Current AHA ACLS Certification (Required) Flu vaccine required (during flu season) About 3B Healthcare Inc.
