Our team works in-office time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.What You'll DoDevelop and implement machine learning models to evaluate disputes and chargebacks and likelihood of fraudCreate and manage an orchestration layer for multiple models, enabling automated and supervised decision-making processesCollaborate with stakeholders to leverage valuable data from partners and customers, ensuring a continuously learning experience and first-class user experienceWhat You’ve Done3+ years of experience designing and deploying ML models in a high-scale production environmentStrong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniquesEnthusiastic about building ML infrastructure from scratch in a nascent environmentAbility to think like a product engineer, balancing technical innovation with practical application and user needs.Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or similar, and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learnExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentCompensationThe base pay range for this role is $170,000 – $230,000 per year.Casap's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We also offer exceptional benefits, as well as bonuses and commission plans for applicable roles. The listed US-based compensation range is a guideline and may be modified.
