Customer Service Associate

Babylon Enterprises is aggressively searching for a confident communications expert to join our Greenville-based team as a Customer Service Associate. The Customer Service Associate is an integral, front-line position that works directly with our clientele and guides them through our products and services to fulfill their customer acquisition needs. The Customer Service Associate works cross-functionally with clientele and internal departments to ensure swift implementation of the appropriate services. This dynamic position is also responsible for building quality relationships with new and existing clients, provides detailed information regarding available services, and assists in the enrollment, ordering, and set up process. Customer Service Associate Responsibilities: Build trust and develop relationships with prospective clients and maintain high-quality relationships with our existing clientele base Understand the client’s unique needs and goals to craft and deliver quality service recommendations to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products Oversee the lifecycle and all aspects of the client experience from making initial contact to presenting the service solution and closing the sale Proactively identify, address and solve client concerns and complaints to uncover growth opportunities, reduce client churn, and drive performance metrics Act as an advocate for assigned clientele to ensure they are receiving superior client support and service Exceed client retention targets by providing exceptional client support and handling complaints, questions, and concerns with the utmost professionalism and expediency Establish and maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of our products and services Customer Service Associate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but is not required to succeed in this position Experience in client services, customer service/customer support, or sales is required Exceptional communication skills which includes written, verbal and presentation Persistent and tenacious attitude towards solving complex problems and providing superior service Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as part of a growing organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Shift: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Ability to Relocate: Greenville, SC 29601: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
