Operations Coordinator
About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support a fast-growing solar startup. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring inventory is accurately processed, auctions run smoothly, and sales opportunities are executed across multiple channels including direct sales, auctions, and e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, comfortable working across systems, and can take ownership of a wide range of operational tasks—from scrubbing inventory lists and researching products, to supporting auctions and online sales. In addition to reliable task execution, you’ll be expected to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and help build scalable processes. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across operations, sales, and marketplace management in a growing business. You’ll have direct visibility into how deals are sourced, priced, marketed, and executed — and play a key role in scaling the operation. And while experience in the Solar industry is preferred, this is also a great opportunity for someone without solar experience to break into the industry and learn directly from a leadership team with decades of experience.Solar Auction embraces flexibility and work life balance.
