Grant-Funded Stipend OpportunityMetrics Pilot: District MTSS/SEL Intervention Menu Development TeamThe Brockton Public School District is seeking internal staff members to participate in a grant-funded project focused on strengthening student behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health support across the district.Selected staff members will work collaboratively to review district-wide screening data and develop intervention menus aligned to identified student needs in the following areas:Internalizing behaviorsExternalizing behaviorsStudent stress levelsSocial-Emotional Learning (SEL) competency areasPosition OverviewParticipants will analyze district screening data and create practical, tiered intervention resources that schools can use to support students across grade levels.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze district-wide screening dataCollaborate with colleagues to identify trends and student support needsDevelop intervention menus/resources aligned to screening domainsRecommend evidence-based interventions and supports for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 needsParticipate in planning meetings and collaborative work sessionsSubmit completed intervention materials by established deadlinesTeam CompositionThe district will select:Four (4) staff members from the elementary levelFour (4) staff members from the middle school levelFour (4) staff members from the high school levelTime CommitmentUp to 25 hours of work completed outside of contractual hoursCombination of independent work and collaborative meetingsCompensationThis is a grant-funded stipend position. Participants who successfully complete all required work and submit final materials prior to June 30, 2026, will receive a stipend of $1,250.Preferred QualificationsExperience with MTSS, SEL, behavioral supports, or student intervention planningFamiliarity with screening data and data-based decision makingStrong collaboration and communication skillsSchool counselors, psychologists, guidance counselors, adjustment counselors, behavior specialists, data specialists and administrators are encouraged to apply
