Ensure the safe, stable and compliant operation of plant facilities, and compliant with national and local safety regulations and company rules and regulations;2. Carry out regular inspection and maintenance on plant facilities to find and solve potential safety hazards and mechanical failures;3. Carry out safety assessment and supervision on the maintenance and renovation projects of plant facilities to ensure the safety and quality of the project;4. Cooperate with other departments for the use and maintenance of plant facilities, ensuring operation stability;5. Record and maintain safety files of plant facilities, including inspection records, maintenance records and accident reports;6. Provide safety technical guidance and suggestions for plant facilities and assist in solving safety-related problems;7. Participate in the construction and promotion of the company's safety culture, and improve the safety awareness and sense of responsibility of employees.Preferred QualificationsTechnical secondary school/college degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical and construction management is preferred2-3 years working experience in safety management of plant facilitiesFamiliar with national and local safety regulations and standards;Have professional safety knowledge and skills, including mechanical, electrical and fire protection;Have good communication skills and coordination skills, and be able to cooperate with other departments to solve problems;Have team spirit and be able to complete tasks together;Strong organization, coordination, and on-site management ability, with good professional quality and sense of teamwork and work responsibility.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsRegular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position, in accordance with applicable law.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and company holidays.Professional development and growth opportunities.Equal Employment OpportunityCATK is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
