It offers a collaborative, stable and relationship-drivenenvironment, with clear ambitions to strengthen and scale its fragrance business nationally.Role: As Sales Director – Fragrance, you will be responsible for defining and executing the national sales strategy to drivetop-line growth across the US market. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the President and forming part ofthe management team.You will lead a team of five Account Managers and one Inside Sales professional, providing structure, direction andperformance accountability. The focus is on building revenue, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and expandingthe fragrance footprint across existing and new accounts.This position requires a commercially proven fragrance sales leader who can balance strategy with hands-on execution. Youwill forecast revenue, set quotas, manage budgets, close high-value deals and collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing andCustomer Service to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.The role suits a stable, growth-oriented commercial leader with strong industry credibility who wants to contributemeaningfully within a privately held organisation and play a key role in scaling an expanding division.Main Responsibilities Define and execute national fragrance sales strategy Drive top-line revenue growth and expand the US customer base Lead, coach and develop a team of five Account Managers and one Inside Sales professional Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Forecast sales, set quotas and manage annual revenue targets Close high-value fragrance contracts and strategic accounts Utilise CRM/ERP systems and analytics to monitor performance and optimise sales funnels Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing and Operations to align commercial and technical objectives Represent the fragrance division at senior management level.Key Requirements Minimum 10 years’ experience in fragrance sales or adjacent industries Proven experience at Sales Director or Senior Sales leadership level Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving top-line growth Strong experience leading and developing national sales teams Established relationships within the US fragrance market Commercially driven mindset with ability to close strategic, high-value deals Strong forecasting, budgeting and analytical capability Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA advantageous) Stable career history within fragrance or closely related specialty ingredients businesses Ability to operate at senior level within a privately owned, relationship-driven environment.
