Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing field service operations, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting maintenance and repairs. The role requires ensuring equipment reliability, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service. Additionally, the technician will work to resolve problems efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of equipment and systemsStrong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving technical issuesExperience in Field Service operations, including on-site diagnostics and resolutionExcellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfactionGood organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and effectively in a remote capacityTechnical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or related fields is a plusFamiliarity with water treatment processes is advantageous
