What You’ll DoDrive new business development through targeted prospecting and strategic outreachGrow revenue with existing customers by increasing product adoptionBuild strong relationships with key decision makers across all levelsUnderstand customer operations and product needs to recommend high‑value solutions while meeting margin goalsMaintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge of all textile product linesConduct regular customer business reviews and develop annual account plansProvide accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and territory reportsEmbody our Core Values: Team First, Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Energy & Enthusiasm, and Curiosity What You BringWorking knowledge of the textile industry5+ years in manufacturing or industrial B2B salesProven success managing and growing industrial accountsStrong relationship‑building and communication skillsAbility to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levelsProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Willingness to travel within your territoryBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
