Home Health Registered Nurse (Must have experience with Oasis)

Qualifications Education: BSN or ASN required. Licensure: Current nursing license required. Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a home health setting. 1-3 years of Home Health Oasis experience required. Skills: * Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to articulate medical requirements to patients, families/caregivers, and staff in a professional and courteous way Benefits Competitive salary 401K Health Insurance Company Car Responsibilities Patient Care: Provide home care to patients after illness, injury, surgery, or those with acute health conditions/pharmaceutical treatments. Clinical Duties: Check vital signs, give injections, administer medication, and dress wounds. Assessment & Planning: Assess patient needs, develop plans of care, and observe/record progress, reactions, and symptoms. Education: Educate patients in line with physician recommendations to help them regain independence. Safety & Compliance: * Monitor patients in restraint and seclusion while maintaining patient safety. Document care in patient records in accordance with agency, state, and federal guidelines. Environment: Work outside of a hospital setting directly in patients' homes.
