As we expand, we are building a strong operations backbone-and this role is a critical part of that foundation.The Bilingual Patient Intake Coordinator Lead is a key player in ensuring that families enter care quickly, smoothly, and with the support they need from day one.If you're organized, confident, bilingual in Spanish, and ready to lead the intake process-not just follow it-this is the right fit.The RoleAs the Intake Coordinator Lead, you oversee the full intake pipeline from first family contact through case-ready status. You guide families, coordinate internal teams, prevent delays, and keep the entire onboarding process moving. You're the point person who ensures every case meets compliance, documentation, and insurance requirements before starting services.This role blends leadership, case management, communication, and problem-solving.
