Experience: 5+ years of hands-on MDM experience, including at least 3 years implementing Informatica MDM (Hub/360).Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in MDM data modeling (demographic/identity domains) and configuration of MDM Hub components (schema manager, match-merge engine, stewardship workflows, and landing/staging tables).Platform Expertise: Proven experience with the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environment.Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical audiences; excellent written/verbal skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.Domain Knowledge: Prior experience working with state/local government agencies or large public-sector data environments is required.Familiarity with data governance frameworks and stewardship operating models.Experience integrating Informatica MDM with source systems via APIs or ETL pipelines.
