Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Randstad is excited to partner with a long-time client who has been in growth mode for 10+ years. Our client is seeking to hire a Manager, Finance and Accounting to lead critical financial reporting aspects for the company. This position will start as an individual contributor and will have the autonomy to hire a team to support this newly created division in the next 1 to 2 years. In this role, you will primarily focus on budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial analysis. This position will work 100% In-Office BUT offers flexibility. Partner with the Operations team and provide financial leadership Develop financial models Financial analysis related to cost reduction, profitability, and overall financial objectives Lead cost reduction functions Manage the annual budgeting process Generate financial forecasts Monthly reporting and analysis Assist with annual audit and year-end reporting If you have experience working for a large company in the areas listed above, please apply.
